About Our Firm
JAY KAY TESTING provides Geotechnical soils laboratory testing to
the design Professional Engineer in the Baltimore/Washington area.
Our commitment to provide quality service is demonstrated by our
participation in the AMRL (AASHTO Materials Reference Laboratory)
proficiency sample program and by receiving a certificate of
accreditation from the AASHTO Accreditation Program (AAP) .
Prior to starting Jay Kay Testing, the owner spent 16 years
managing the soils laboratories of several well respected Geotechnical
Engineering firms.
Our mission is to provide the engineering community with quality soil
laboratory services at competitive prices. Jay Kay Testing was
established in 1994 with faith in God and one client. By 2010, our 16th
year in business, we have provided independent soils laboratory
services to over sixty firms.
We specialize in soils laboratory testing and are dedicated to quality,
while serving our clients on a personal basis.
We provide high quality laboratory test reports that the Geotechnical
engineer can simply insert into their report.
